If you are adding money through IMPS/NEFT, enter your transaction reference id and bank name and amount, tap on request to add Wait for approval from RapiPay Wallet admin After approval, your account balance will be updated with the new balance.

Is there any limitation on adding money in my RapiPay Wallet?

A. If you are a Non-KYC user, you can add up to Rs.10, 000 in a calendar month in your RapiPay Wallet. If you are a KYC user, you can add any amount as long as your RapiPay wallet balance does not exceed Rs.1,00,000 at any point of time.

Amount has been debited from my bank account but not credited into my Wallet, what can I do?

A. Due to some of the following reasons, amount is not credited into your RapiPay Wallet account: – Page refreshed by you Poor internet connectivity Lost connection Time out
